This large property was in tired condition. Whilst the textured cladding was in fair condition, the timber window frames and corner boards had significant rot.
We arranged for our builder to come and replace any timber that was required prior to our arrival to paint the property. The roof was also painted. The client also decided to remove one of the pergolas which was attached to the house requiring a plaster repair, retexturing and painting.
