This property was in a very typical condition for a monolithic property in Wellington.
Some minor cracks through the plaster and some minor rust bleed from old bright steel clouts coming through the texture. Any cracks were filled and the rust bleed was treated with the Painters Inc. system and then the whole house overcoated with Resene X-200.
