Cedar property with aluminium windows.  The house had been previously painted.  Those areas of the house that could be reached had been repainted within the previous ten years.  The back, however, which required a significant scaffold, hadn’t been painted for some time and the paint system had broken down completely.  The property was washed down.  Any cracks or holes were filled. The back wall was completely primed and three coated.  The rest of the house was spot primed and two coats with Resene Lumbersider in Dulux Pukaki.  Rusty bolts for an old scaffolding system were removed and filled. Rob Mason of Scafworx did a fantastic job of a very difficult scaffold down a steep bank and spanning a glass roof to access all areas of the property safely for our team.
