Monolithic Townhouses

Body Corporate project painting 20 townhouses.  Monolithic texture with aluminium windows.  Timber barge boards and stained tongue and groove eaves.  Awnings over doors ways were compromised with some rot in the timber.  Our builder was organized to make repairs to awnings where required and copper soakers were attached to all mitre corners to prevent water ingress through the corners.  The property was washed down and all monolithic texture on the houses and fences was recoated with Resene X-200 in Acropolis and Napa.  Front doors were painted in Resene Lustacryl Milk Chocolate.  Awnings, gutter fascias and barge boards were painted in Resene Stromboli.
